GOTCHA DAY ON THE 30TH of Aug.

It has been 5 years[wow time goes by fast]. I have learned so much by having him in our family and I'm so thankful for him. love you Bud.

A BLTS FOR DINNER. The joys of the garden.:/

The other day we had BLT sandwiches for dinner. [and sweet corn from the garden. Papa I have to say it's very good. wish you could be here to try it.] Using tomato and lettuce from the garden. [the lettuce had been washed 2 days earlier and had been in the frig] As I was about to take my first bite [2 inches away from my mouth] a good size slug fell onto my plate and started to inch his way across my plate. I was a bit [silent] shocked. I just kinda lol and showed mom and dad. I tried to assure M and D that I had washed the lettuce, that they shouldn't have any. I was just thankful that I didn't find a half of a slug :/. Before taking my second attempt at a bite, I did check my sandwich for more.... let's just call it extra protein, which now has become a joke, dad will ask if he could have a salad with no extra protein. So I guess I didn't actually have a BLTS[bacon, lettuce, tomato,slug] sandwich. but it was close.
