Georgia at the Father Daughter Retreat

Dad and I headed out to Georgia with Josh[R esounding Voice] last Thursday morning [5:30am] for a Father Daughter Retreat with Vision Forum. Dad and Josh drove us straight there. We got there late and settled in. Friday morning we helped Josh set up RV stuff. Then in the afternoon we started the Retreat part of it. Dad and I enjoyed the weekend and the time together and the sessions we got to hear. We also walked through some of the gardens, though the flowers weren't quite in bloom, it is still pretty to walk through. We also saw the butterfly garden. The down part of the trip was that I was not feeling the greatest, I ended up sleeping pretty much the whole way there and and the way back. It started with just a cold type of thing but as Friday came there was so much pressure on my sinuses. Needless to say it was a bit painful. When we had brakes during the day and time to ourselves, (you know you're supposed use that time to talk with dad), well dad and I would go back to the room and take nap; but we did have a good time and maybe we can use that as an excuse that we just have to do it again. soon.

I went to the Dr Monday and yes I have a sinus infection, so I got some stuff to take care of that and hopefully in the next few days will feel much better.

Liberty Day

Liberty Day was 2 weekends ago. I took 5 pix and 2 of them didn't come out.[oh well]
The day was a fun, full day, I helped Abbey with the little guys most of the day, I did get to see the second Virginia convention at the end of the day which is always fun to watch.
